DoP/lighting camera

London based, Sam has 20 years experience working on documentaries, TV, promos, commercials, corporate and drama - as DoP, lighting cameraman and camera supervisor on numerous productions, on film and HD.

After studying art, photography and film, he worked in many areas of film and TV production before specialising in cameras and lighting.

As well as working on shorts, commercials and docs, he began shooting and producing music promos, (Primal Scream, Ride, The Farm, Carter USM, Senseless Things, My Bloody Valentine...) quickly establishing himself as a much sought after DoP.

Since then he’s been working on a wide range of productions and subjects and has been privileged to work on some amazing projects which have taken him all over the world.
